Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Areas:
We ship to all continental United States excluding Alaska 、Hawaii、U.S. territories and military zones .We do not ship to PO boxes.

Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery time is 4-12 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.

Shipping Rates:
Orders $60 and over qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under $59.99 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $2.99.

Carrier:

We will choose different carriers according to different delivery addresses. Currently, we cooperate with: UPS, USPS, Fedex, YunExpress, etc.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
NEWLAKEDOWN is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Besides ,you can contact us for help,we will offer help we can do.


International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
